Application Process:
- If you are a first time counselor FIRST contact Pastor Ray Rubi (505) 718-8702 to be approved.
- Download and Print the Counselor Form (make sure it is completely filled out, signed and notarized).
- You may now pay in full ($300) on this website at the provided link (no deposits or partial payments are accepted on this link only full payment). https://app.easytithe.com/App/Form/748ffe09-463e-4bf2-81d8-97f856232e75
- Email a copy of the notarized form to enlistedtoendure@gmail.com and you are finished. Keep the original for your own records.
- Please e-mail a headshot selfie with a light background as soon as you can for use on ID badges: lvccmediateam@gmail.com
Please download the what-to-bring list. Wear comfortable shoes and casual clothing. Please do not bring shorts, yoga pants or sleeveless shirts. The only jewelry allowed are wedding rings and watches.
If you are traveling in by air or train please send your itinerary with all the names and phone numbers of those traveling together to enlistedtoendure@gmail.com.
