All of our lead Drill Instructors are Fellowship pastors with past military service. Their assistant Drill Instructors are pastors, pastor’s wives or members in good standing in a Fellowship church. They use a mix of discipline, competition and church services to reach teens with the gospel and prepare them to make an impact for Jesus Christ in their schools, communities and the world.
