ALL RECRUITS MUST BE 13-18 YEARS OLD
- Download and Print the “Health Release and Parental Notification Form.” (Make sure it is completely filled out, signed and notarized).

- Email a copy of the notarized form to enlistedtoendure@gmail.com and you are finished. Please keep the original for your own records.
You are responsible to download the what-to-bring list and to arrive on Monday, July 21st with all of the required items. You must arrive wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.
If you are traveling by air or train please send your itinerary with all the names and phone numbers of those traveling together to enlistedtoendure@gmail.com.
